We’re trusted to keep exam content secure. We have a robust Information security management system (ISMS) in place and are proud to be accredited to ISO27001:2013.
Just some of the steps we take to protect information security are:
Hosting an internal secure network in our pre-press facility to safeguard confidential information. It is isolated from the rest of our IT systems and has no email or internet connectivity.
Typesetting for question papers is transferred via encrypted files to the internal secure network. Military-grade software ensures digital integrity of file sharing.
Storing master copies of pdfs on RAID protected Apogee servers, not Cloud, with daily backups stored onsite in fireproof safes.
Strictly controlling customer portals to enable them to track progress of their exam materials.
