KEY MANAGEMENT
DANIEL BENHAM
Daniel was appointed to the position of Senior Account Manager in 2022, having joined us in 2019 as an Account Manager within the Client Service team. As the primary point of contact for each of his clients, Daniel works diligently with his production colleagues to ensure the efficient management of each contract. Using management information data, Daniel keeps his clients updated throughout every key project milestone, whilst offering expert guidance on process improvement recommendations to bring maximum value to all key stakeholders. Daniel is a member of the Client Services Team, reporting into Andy Pedley our Client Services Manager.
STEVE HIGGINS
Steve joined Stephen Austin in April 2003, originally as an Account Executive. Promoted to Account Manager in 2010, and again to Senior Account Manager in October 2018. Steve has developed his knowledge and experience in Print and Client Management over a 30-year career to date. Steve’s role is to be the primary point of contact for Key Clients and responsible for overseeing the delivery of all his projects, on time and in full, thereby ensuring complete Client satisfaction and the successful delivery of examinations. Steve is a member of the Client Services Team, reporting into Andy Pedley our Client Services Manager.
PHILIP MATTHEWS
Philip joined Stephen Austin in 2012 as a Senior Software Developer and was promoted to his current position as Development Team Lead in 2018. His primary role is to manage the software development team, driving process refinement and automation by leveraging the latest technologies. His responsibilities extend to overseeing new project management, software fitness, and quality assurance. In addition to this, Philip remains updated with industry trends, handles high-volume data transformations, and fosters professional development within his team.
CLIVE NUNNERLEY
Clive Joined Stephen Austin in May 2011, bringing a wealth of knowledge from a career in Print, both within Client Management and Print Production. He originally joined as an Account Manager, was promoted to Client Services Manager, before moving to his current role as Commercial Operations Manager in October 2018. Clive is responsible for our key supplier relationships, as well as supporting the Client Services, Operations teams and development of pricing for our tender submissions. Clive reports into Kerry Everett our Financial Director.
DARREN WILKINS
Darren Joined Stephen Austin in April 2009, originally as a Print Finisher before starting to develop his career within the business, initially becoming a Shift supervisor. Promoted in November 2018 to Manufacturing Manager and again in April 2022 to Planning Operations Manager. Darren’s role is to lead our planning and pre-production teams, creating and maintaining project plans that delivery efficiencies and 100% OTIF delivery. Darren is a member of the Operations Management Team, reporting into Kevin Strachan our Operations Director.
MATTHEW SCOTT-BARNES
Matt joined Stephen Austin in July 2023 in his role as QHSE Manager, bringing with him a broad range of knowledge and experience of QHSE, gained in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. Matts role is to manage our adherence to Compliance standards and oversee our ongoing development of continuous improvement in Quality and Health & Safety, whilst also driving our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives including the ongoing development of an Environmental and Sustainability pipeline. Matt reports into David Cockram our Chief Executive Officer.
